DELIVERY FAQ
+ How early or late can I schedule a delivery?
The first delivery may leave the office when we open each day. The last delivery must leave the office at least one hour before closing time.
+ What are the minimum and maximum amounts of product a truck can deliver?
No minimum. Maximum is 5.5 tons of stone or sand, 5 yards of soil, or 18 yards of mulch.
+ What do I have to do to prepare for my delivery?
Preparations simply involve calling to schedule and pay for delivery. The customer does not have to be present at the time of delivery, but marking the spot where you would like your load dumped is MUCH appreciated if you will not be present.
If ordering online, customers may indicate that they would like us to call them to set up delivery rather than customers calling us.
+ Do you have courtesy trucks so I can deliver my own product?
Yes. Please contact the office for specific pricing.
+ Can delivery or courtesy trucks be driven into my yard?
Delivery and courtesy trucks may be driven only on hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, and gravel. Trucks may not be operated on dirt or grassy areas due to their size and weight.
+ How far will you deliver?
We are happy to offer delivery to areas including Northern and Central Indiana. We also deliver to regions of Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan!
+ How far in advance do I need to schedule a delivery or courtesy truck?
During our busiest season (late April through early June), trucks are often booked 3-4 days in advance. During other times of the year, we can usually schedule customers the same day or the next day.
+ How much are the delivery or courtesy truck fees?
Fees vary based on the size of the load and the distance the truck will need to travel.
+ Can you load more than one item on a delivery or courtesy truck in a single trip?
Our delivery and courtesy truck system is designed as a dump-and-go service for one item at a time. However, making exceptions is possible and should be discussed while setting up delivery.
